Ten Years Working These Streets
The inner south keeps us busy. Cumberland Park's streetscape is mostly single-storey solid-brick and stone bungalows on modest blocks, with newer unit and townhouse infill closer to the main roads.
Older homes, different jobs
The pre-war bungalows and cottages are solid brick and stone, so coring walls and running pipework takes longer than it would in a timber-framed build. We plan for that at the quote, not on the day.
Newer infill, tighter spaces
The post-1990 townhouses near Goodwood Road and Cross Road are compact and well sealed. Those jobs turn on smart unit placement and sizing to the rooms, not on drilling through masonry.
